Class Offerings

Gentle yoga classes are meditative, fluid, and soothing, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You experience slow movements to warm the body and release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and simple postures to build stability.

Finding a balance between effort and ease, Flow connects movement to breath and allows you to choose how much or how little you need. You will be guided through a vinyasa flow with options to do more, or do less, but always with the reminder to make a conscious choice based on your experience in the moment. This class helps you to develop strength and stability while soothing the nervous system.
 
You must preregister for this class by 11:59pm the night before so that you can receive the link to view the class online. Please login at least 5 minutes before the class starts. This class takes place in your home, via Zoom, not in the studio.
