Expect clear instruction and a steady pace. This class is perfect for anyone starting out their yoga journey, as well as for those looking to revisit the fundamentals.
Chair is an extra gentle yoga class that provides support while in seated postures and stability while in standing postures. You experience slow movements to warm the body and release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and simple postures to build stability. With a chair, many yoga asanas become comfortable, even if you have an injury. We are a wheelchair accessible studio, so truly all are able to practice.

Gentle Flow yoga classes are meditative, fluid, and soothing, suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You experience gentle Sun Salutations, slow movements to warm the body and release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and simple postures to build stability.
Suitable for all. Refill your vessel in this yoga class with just enough vigor to stimulate and invigorate without depleting. You can expect backbends, twists, and easy movement. You will probably leave feeling hungry, so bring a snack or take advantage of a nearby cafe afterwards.
Those in the military vow to serve, honor, and protect our nation and its people. In this special 1.5 hour Memorial Day class we will remember their service and ultimate sacrifice. We will start with a Gentle Flow and end with a guided meditation, or Yoga Nidra.

The aim of this class is to strengthen the body by sustaining more challenging postures at a moderate pace and developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. This class is ideal for those with an existing yoga practice, though newcomers who feel fit and strong are also welcome.

The aim of this class is to strengthen the body by sustaining more challenging postures, practicing Sun Salutations at a moderate pace, and developing mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. This class is ideal for those with an existing yoga practice, though newcomers who feel fit and strong are also welcome.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heal and rejuvenate you at your core. Nidra switches you out of stress mode and into the relaxation response, your body’s natural healing state, where revitalization and regeneration naturally occur.
Prenatal yoga is designed to both nurture and challenge, promoting relaxation as well as strengthening of the muscles that support not only baby during pregnancy, but also the birth and the postpartum period. 
In a Restorative yoga class, the key here is support via skillful placement of blankets, bolsters, cushions, straps, the wall, and even chairs, enabling the body to hold various yoga positions for longer times than we typically would hold active poses.

Vigorous Vinyasa offers graceful, powerful sequences that encourage you to explore. This class is designed around Sun Salutations, and requires a keen sense of body awareness and enough familiarity with yoga to modify as needed. Vigorous Vinyasa is ideal for those interested in a strong, athletic practice, as well as for those ready to experience a challenging flow.

A Yang practice is active, mobile, warm, and fluid, while a Yin practice is still, stable, cool, and solid. This class begins with meditation, follows with a standing posture flow to create muscular circulation, and ends with seated static postures for connective tissue stimulation.
Yin
A quiet, grounding practice that supports the entire physical as well as mental system. Special attention is brought to connective tissues. Includes long holds (3-5 minutes) of seated, supine, and/or prone postures.
